For pastors and counselors
A clear next step for someone you are supporting.
Review the scope of Christian coaching, consider fit, and share an option the person can explore for themselves.
Christian faith. Clear roles. A voluntary next step.
Renewed Integrity LLC brings together James McClean and Dr. Tom Moucka for online Christian coaching. Each coach has his own experience, approach, pricing, and booking process. The service is for adult men pursuing honesty and sexual integrity, including goals related to pornography, secrecy, or infidelity, and adult partners navigating betrayal.
What coaching focuses on
Conversations focus on values, personal goals, recurring situations, boundaries, responsibility, and practical follow-through. A client might choose a specific action between sessions, review what happened, and refine the next step. Prayer and Scripture can be part of the conversation when meaningful to the client.
Partner support centers on that person’s own needs, boundaries, and decisions. It does not require reconciliation or make a partner responsible for monitoring someone else’s behavior.
What this service does not provide
Renewed Integrity provides nonclinical coaching. It does not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, addiction treatment, trauma treatment, formal therapeutic disclosure, or crisis care. This page is not a claim of clinical licensure, endorsement by a church, or an established referral partnership.
When someone needs assessment or treatment, an appropriately qualified professional is the relevant starting point. Coaching is not a substitute for that care. If a person already receives therapy, any complementary role needs clear boundaries and the person’s permission for coordination.
Review fit before recommending
You are welcome to ask the coach you are considering about his training, experience, approach, service agreement, privacy practices, and scope before sharing the service. Meet both coaches; use the James contact form or Tom contact form for coach-specific questions. Your professional or organizational standards may require information beyond this overview. An introduction does not obligate you to refer or endorse.

Invite James to speak with your ministry team
“Someone told me they’re struggling with porn. What do I say next?”
James welcomes invitations to talk with pastors and small-group leaders about that first conversation. Together, we can practice how to find a private moment, ask a question that gives the person room to speak, and offer a follow-up they can choose for themselves.
If your team would like to explore a short talk, tell James who would attend and what you’d like them to take away.
A simple way to offer the option
- Ask permission to share a resource. “Would you like a link to a Christian coaching service so you can decide whether to ask about it?”
- Share the link with the person. They can read about coaching or book their own call. You do not need to send either coach their name, history, or contact details.
- Let the person decide. James’s discovery call is voluntary, free, and carries no obligation to enroll. Tom’s individual sessions have their own booking and fee arrangements. Declining coaching should not be framed as a failure of faith or commitment.
What happens on the discovery call?
The free, 30-minute call with James is a chance to discuss goals, ask questions, and explore whether coaching fits. It is an introductory conversation, not a clinical assessment or a full coaching session. The person does not need to share graphic details or prepare a written account of private experiences.

Ongoing coaching is a separate paid service. James’s session and package terms, along with Tom’s separate individual-session option, are outlined on the Services page.
