Our Approach to Christian Coaching

Faith Is the Foundation

Renewed Integrity approaches coaching from a Christian worldview. We believe lasting change involves more than simply controlling behavior—it also involves understanding who we are, what we value, how we relate to others, and the kind of person we are becoming.

For clients who want it, faith can be woven naturally into our conversations through Christian principles, prayer, Scripture, grace, responsibility, forgiveness, and restoration. The goal is not judgment or religious performance. It is creating space for honest reflection, meaningful change, and a life that is increasingly aligned with your faith and values.

Trying harder is not the answer.

When the same patterns keep repeating, it’s easy to respond with more rules, more promises, more accountability, or more shame. But real change often begins when you understand what’s happening beneath the behavior—and learn a different way to respond.

Our role as coaches is not to judge you, lecture you, or hand you a list of things you already know you “should” be doing. It’s to help you slow things down, understand the patterns that keep pulling you back, clarify what matters to you, and build a way forward that actually fits the person you want to become.

The Heart Behind Renewed Integrity

Integrity means wholeness. Imagine looking beneath the surface of something and finding it sound all the way through. Applied to our lives, integrity means that our private choices, public actions, and professed beliefs belong to the same honest story.

We may carry different responsibilities at home, at work, and at church, but our character should remain consistent. When we hide parts of our lives or present an image that contradicts what is happening underneath, we experience a division between who we appear to be and how we actually live.

That is why the word renewed matters.

Lasting integrity requires more than improving appearances or making another promise to try harder. A fresh coat of paint cannot repair a cracked foundation. We need to examine what we have been building our lives upon: the beliefs we have accepted, the ways we protect ourselves, and the patterns of secrecy or compromise we have allowed to remain.

The Christian hope is that renewal is possible through Jesus Christ. He is the firm foundation. Through His grace, we can face what is true, turn from what is destructive, and learn to live more fully in the identity we have received in Him. This involves both surrender and practice—allowing God to reshape our hearts while taking responsibility for our choices.

Renewed integrity does not mean becoming flawless. It means growing into a life of honesty and wholeness, where what is visible on the outside increasingly reflects what is true within.

That is the heart behind Renewed Integrity: helping people take practical steps toward a life grounded in Christ, marked by responsibility, and increasingly whole.

Real, practical change.
Turning insight into different choices, healthier responses, stronger boundaries, and more intentional relationships.

A Note About Coaching

Renewed Integrity provides coaching, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Coaching focuses on insight, goals, accountability, values, behavior change, communication, and the practical steps involved in moving forward.
