A Practical Path Toward Lasting Change

Trying harder is not the answer. Coaching helps you understand what keeps you stuck. Together, we look at the patterns beneath the behavior, clarify what matters most to you, and turn insight into practical change.

The goal is not perfection. It’s greater honesty, stronger alignment with your values, healthier relationships, and a way forward you can actually sustain.

Coaching at Renewed Integrity is grounded in a Christian worldview and can intentionally incorporate faith, Scripture, prayer, and Christian values when that is meaningful to you.

1:1 Coaching for Men

For men who are tired of repeating the same patterns.

Private coaching for men navigating pornography, secrecy, infidelity, or other behaviors that feel out of alignment with the person they want to be.

We work to understand the patterns underneath the behavior, build greater honesty and self-awareness, and develop practical ways of responding differently.

Common areas we may work on:

  • Pornography and sexual behavior patterns

  • Secrecy and avoidance

  • Infidelity and rebuilding integrity

  • Shame and self-judgment

  • Communication and accountability

  • Values, boundaries, and decision-making

  • Creating sustainable change

Support for Partners

For those trying to make sense of betrayal and decide what comes next.

If you’ve been affected by a partner’s pornography use, secrecy, or infidelity, coaching can provide a place to slow things down, understand what you’re experiencing, clarify your boundaries, and make intentional decisions about your next steps.

This is not about telling you whether to stay or leave. It’s about helping you regain clarity, agency, and confidence in your own decisions.

Common areas we may work on:

  • Processing the impact of betrayal

  • Establishing healthy boundaries

  • Clarifying needs and expectations

  • Communication

  • Rebuilding trust where appropriate

  • Making values-based decisions

  • Moving forward with greater confidence

Who We Help

How Coaching Differs From Therapy

A wooden desk with a closed laptop, a notebook, and a pen. On the desk, there is a small glass vase with purple flowers. Next to the vase, there is a beige table lamp with a round shade.

Coaching is different from therapy—and for some people, that difference is exactly what makes it useful.

Renewed Integrity coaching is focused on understanding patterns, clarifying what matters, making intentional decisions, and putting new ways of living into practice. Rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, coaching is practical, collaborative, and oriented toward the changes you want to make in your life now and moving forward.

Coaching can be especially helpful when you want to:

  • Turn insight into concrete action

  • Identify patterns and learn new ways of responding

  • Build accountability without shame

  • Clarify your values, boundaries, and goals

  • Practice healthier communication

  • Make intentional choices about the person you want to become

  • Stay focused on consistent, real-world change between sessions

Therapy can also be extremely valuable, and coaching is not a replacement for mental health treatment when therapy is needed. In some situations, coaching and therapy can even work alongside one another.

Renewed Integrity does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and does not provide psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis services.

Coaching Options by Coach

James McClean and Dr. Tom Moucka offer individual online coaching with separate prices, booking processes, and agreements. Meet both coaches before choosing your next step.

James McClean · One session · $80

A full 60-minute coaching session, with no package commitment.

James McClean · Eight-week package · $560

Eight 60-minute sessions, normally scheduled weekly. Paid upfront, this saves $80 compared with eight individual sessions. Consistent time together gives you room to practice, reflect, and adjust as you work toward lasting change.

  • Between-session updates: Send up to one written update per day, with a combined limit of 1,000 words per week. James reviews these before your next session so you can spend more time on what matters. Updates are preparation for sessions; daily replies and urgent support are not included. Your communication channel is agreed at enrollment.
  • Individual-session rate protection: Complete the package and keep the $80 rate for additional individual sessions until the first anniversary of your original package purchase, subject to availability. This does not lock in future package discounts.

James’s package: if your plans change

You can end the package early. Completed sessions are charged at the regular $80 rate, and the remaining balance is refunded: $560 minus $80 for each session used, with a minimum refund of $0. There is no additional termination fee or extra bill. For example, ending after three sessions returns $320; after six, $80; after seven, $0. Completing all eight preserves the full package discount.

We aim to meet weekly and allow up to 12 weeks for scheduling, with reasonable extensions agreed together. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. One late cancellation or missed session per package may be rescheduled without charge; after that, late cancellations or missed sessions count as used. Genuine emergencies can be discussed. Sessions canceled by James never count as used.

Coaching supports reflection, decisions, and practical action. It does not guarantee a particular result and is not psychotherapy or crisis care. We will confirm the coaching agreement and payment arrangements before paid sessions begin.
